Standard Quilling Tool

Description

A hand crafted Quilling tool from the foothills of the
Adirondacks
in New York.  to aid in making paper flowers and possibly other items.
The added disk keeps bottom of paper even as you roll the flower.
This is the standard, that will do all flowers but it does the larger ones better than the petite..
I find that this works really well for me !!!
